Laser Mounts
We offer three types of temperature-controlled mounts for lasers in various configurations.
The TO-mount is a universal design supporting TO-38, TO-56 and TO-9 devices.
The quick mount/release mechanism allows for high throughput.
The vacuum chuck is a universal design supporting chips as well as bars up to 15mm in length. A range of vacuum mounting plates are available for various sizes. Custom designs are easily realized.
The plane chuck is a thermally controlled, general support plate for various laser package designs. The support surface can be drilled and tapped according to the application such as mounting CS-Mount or F-Mount lasers.
Each mount type is available in two power levels:
50W air cooled as well as 100W water cooled.
All of these mounts are compatible with our LIV100 and LIV120 laser diode characterization systems and
our USB-controlled TEC-drivers.

Thermoelectric Coolers
The thermoelectric cooler drivers series provides precise temperature control via Peltier elements (TECs) and is available in three output power versions: 40 W, 170 W, and 480 W, allowing optimal adaptation to a wide range of thermal loads and applications.
All TEC Driver versions are fully compatible with our LIV100 and LIV120 Laser Diode Characterization Systems. They are USB-controlled and seamlessly integrated into the graphical user interfaces (GUI) of the LIV systems, enabling convenient and reliable operation within the existing measurement environment.
Each one features a compact gullwing housing with integrated slots for table mounting using M6 screws (mounting pattern: 4 screws in a 125 × 50 mm grid), ensuring stable and space-efficient installation in OEM and laboratory setups.
The TEC Drivers are not intended for standalone operation and are supplied with device-specific software for use exclusively with the supported LIV systems. To complete the setup, we recommend using one of our matching laser mounts (chucks), which are optimized for thermal performance and electrical compatibility.
